MCA ICT Resource Centre telah mengadakan presentation bulan September 2008 bertempat di (Kafe belum siap) tingkat 10, Suntech, Bayan Baru. Tempat untuk mengadakan acara ini telah ditaja oleh Emerald Capital.

Istimewanya malam ini, peserta (Syarikat IKS ICT) didedahkan dengan peluang yang ada di kawasan pertumbuhan Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand. Antara tips yang dicadangkan adalah untuk peserta Pulau Pinang agar untuk menumpukan (negeri) Aceh Darussalam dan (negeri) Sumatera Utara di Indonesia dan kesemua selatan Thailand.

Kafe yang belum siap - tempat MIRC mengadakan event - ini memang cantik. Kalau kat indoor, nak jalan kena pandang bawah, takut-takut masuk kolam. Kat outdoor punyalah 'hijau', sesuai untuk melepak bincang bisnes.

Tandas setaraf hotel, sesuai untuk berfikir. Di sini juga bakal diwujudkan gym, steam, sauna, dan fitting room lengkap dengan pancuran mandi.
